photos, videos, and related media content, and allows media organizations, publishers, and
individuals (“Buyers”) to purchase or license such content via subscription or single purchase.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding
agreements.
User Accounts
● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
● You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
● You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Seller Obligations
By uploading content to the Platform, Sellers represent and warrant that:
● They are the original creator of the content, or have full legal rights to upload and
license it
● The content does not infringe any copyright, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
● The content was captured lawfully and without trespassing or illegal activity
● The content is truthful and not misleading
Prohibited Content Includes:
● Staged, manipulated, or fake incidents
● Content obtained through illegal means
● Graphic violence, sexual content, or hate speech (unless explicitly allowed under
platform policy)
● Content violating local, national, or international laws
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
Content Licensing & Usage Rights
Seller Rights
● Sellers retain ownership of their content.
● By uploading content, Sellers grant [App Name] a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and market the content for the purpose
of operating the Platform.
Buyer Rights
● Buyers receive a license, not ownership, to use purchased content.
● Usage rights depend on the selected purchase type (subscription or single purchase).
● Buyers may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute content unless explicitly permitted.
Purchases, Subscriptions & Payments
● Buyers may purchase content via subscription plans or single-item purchases.
● All prices are displayed before checkout and may change at any time.
● Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Seller Payouts
● Sellers receive earnings based on platform-defined revenue shares.
● Payout schedules, minimum withdrawal limits, and fees will be communicated
separately.
● We may withhold payouts in cases of fraud, disputes, or Terms violations.
Refund Policy
● Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, unless otherwise required by law.
● Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
● No refunds for partially used subscription periods.
Verification & Accuracy Disclaimer
● Clipbuk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of uploaded
content.
● Buyers are responsible for editorial verification before publication.
● The Platform acts solely as an intermediary and is not a news publisher.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, app design, and platform features belong to Clipbuk.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform materials without written permission.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
● Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
● Upload misleading, false, or manipulated content
● Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
● Attempt to bypass payment systems
● Scrape, copy, or misuse Platform data
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if these Terms are
violated.
Upon termination, access to content, subscriptions, and earnings may be revoked.
Limitation of Liability
